Shipping policy

Every order is crafted once your has been placed. We are a small busines so please allow 5 business days to process your order.  Transit time is generally two (2) days but can be shorter depending on the carrier, origin and destination.

Eco-friendly cardboard and packing materials are used. All orders are frozen and will arrive in special packaging to assure that your order remains frozen or at a refridgerated tempature. Either dry ice or frozen ice packs will be used.

Orders are shipped Tuesday through Saturday.  If such orders are placed on Sunday's, the processing time will begin on Monday. We also reserve the right to delay shipment in the event of extreme weather conditions.
